Cosmogenesis: The Story of Us by Rebecca-Sophia Strong is a fulldome, immersive multimedia event, and was presented at the Versant Power Astronomy Center and Maynard Jordan Planetarium.

Lotus, a Kazakhstani-born college student, embarks on a journey of self-discovery as she grows more and more curious about who her biological mother was and wants to embrace her own culture more. Along the way, she is joined by a new group of friends – students and instructors – who encourage her to unravel the mysteries of her life against the backdrop of astronomy and the universe around her.

True North Theatre returned to the Versant Power Astronomy Center and the Jordan Planetarium for this special multi-media world-premiere event combining planetarium dome video and sound, dance, and theatrical performances. Joining the True North design team for this special event was the play’s author, Rebecca-Sophia Strong.
