True North Theatre returns to historic Mount Hope Cemetery this October with a brand-new walking tour, MOUNT HOPE TWILIGHT TOURS. Taking place in the nation’s second-oldest garden cemetery, tour guides Reginald MacArthur II and Charles Fairbanks present an all-new, unique blend of local history and New England ghost lore.

MOUNT HOPE TWILIGHT TOURS offers three tour dates this year: Friday, October 16, Saturday, October 17, and Sunday, October 18, all at 6:00pm. The tour runs approximately one hour. Mt. Hope Cemetery is located at 1048 State Street in Bangor.

Visitors are encouraged to wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a flashlight, and to use the main office entrance, as other entrances will be locked at sundown.
